Try this pasta dish - a favourite of Connors.

Serves 2


  • 1 pack fresh uncooked prawns
  • 1/3 chorizo ring
  • 2 tins chopped tomato
  • Basil
  • Rosemary
  • Tagliatelle/Linguine
  • 1 tbsp green pesto

(optional fresh basil to garnish) 


  1. Add pasta to boiling water (with a pinch of salt and a splash of olive oil)
  2. Fry the chorizo at low/moderate heat until it starts to crisp
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and basil/rosemary
  4. Add prawns (cook for ~3mins until they go pink and curl up)
  5. Drain pasta, and coat in green pesto
  6. Plate and serve 😊
