Cream of vegetable soup This a favourite recipe from the Centre - ideal if you have a soup maker! Ingredients 1 Onion chopped 1 stock cube 1ltr hot water Salt and pepper 1tbs tomato puree Chopped vegetables Cream to taste Method Place onion and stock cube in hot water then microwave for 3 minutes. Place the veggies in the soup maker up to the max line then pour in onion and stock, salt,pepper and tomato puree. If the stock doesn't cover the vegetables top it up until it does. Place on the lid, select the smooth setting and press start. When the soup maker is finished add your desired amount of cream and adjust the seasoning. Serve with fresh bread or toast.
