“We're delighted to have a number of comedians performing at our first comedy night – it’s going to be a fun evening,” said Shannah Goodrick Community and Corporate Co-ordinator at the Neuro Therapy Centre. “Virtual events have had to become a staple in our fundraising events calendar over the last year and it’s been amazing what we’ve still been able to hold over Zoom from craft sessions through to a virtual fashion show. It hasn’t been an easy year for fundraising and we’re really grateful to all our comedians for giving up their time to support for this event. The money raised from the event will be helping us support people with neurological conditions in the region – support they’ve needed more than ever recently.”

The Centre supports people who have long-term degenerative neurological conditions including Parkinson’s Disease, MND, Ataxia, Fibromyalgia and MS through a range of in-Centre and virtual services and activities including physiotherapy, fitness, and counselling.
