Dewch i weld beth sydd ar gael gan sefydliadau a phrosiectau a all eich cefnogi gyda rheoli eich cyflwr a'ch helpu i gyrchu gweithgarwch corfforol. Bydd tîm y gwasanaeth hamdden wrth law i ddangos y Ganolfan i chi ac i drafod unrhyw ddosbarthiadau neu weithgareddau mae gennych chi ddiddordeb ynddynt. Drop in and see us at our ‘Neuro Life’ Open Day at Caernarfon Leisure Centre from 10.30am until 1pm on Wednesday July 29th. Come and see what’s on offer from organisations and projects that can support you with managing your condition and help you access physical activity. The leisure service team will be on hand to show you round the Centre and talk to you about any classes or activities that you’re interested in.
