Connor has provided this hearty tuna pasta dish recipe.


  • Fusili or spaghetti
  • 2 tins tuna (drained)
  • 1/3 chorizo ring
  • 2 tins chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • Green olives (sliced)
  • Herbs de provence

(optional ~6 anchovies, halved )

(optional fresh cherry tomatoes – for a burst of fresh tomato flavour!)


1. Add pasta to boiling water (with a pinch of salt and a splash of olive oil)

2. Fry the chorizo at a low/moderate heat until it starts to crisp

3. Add the garlic and the tuna, cook until the tuna starts to dry

4. Add the chopped tomatoes, sliced olives and herbs

5. (add optional ingredients if using)

6. Cook at a simmer for around 5 minutes

7. Plate and serve
