Can you help us help you?   We rely on volunteers here at the Centre – we don’t know what we’d do without the people who help us every day.   If you’d like to join the team, either on a regular basis or just occasionally, we’d love to hear from you.  

Perhaps you have particular skills, but you don’t realise we need someone who can do what you can do?   For instance, you might be brilliant at public speaking, and could go out and talk to people about us.   Or you might have brilliant admin skills and be able to help behind the scenes with the numerous organisational tasks that need doing.  Perhaps you’ve got a car and a couple of hours spare, and you could drop off and collect our donation boxes, or liaise with local GP surgeries to make sure our leaflets are visible and stocked up.  

Those are just some of the ways you could help, but if you can think of any other ways you could get involved, we’d love to hear from you.  We’re a great team here at the Centre, and we will make sure that you have help and support with whatever activity you’re involved in.
