The Neuro Therapy Centre saw its services expand and move in new directions during the pandemic and is now embarking on a revised strategy to make sure people living with a degenerative neurological conditions have the support they need now and into the future.
We have two exciting part-time roles available in our fundraising team to help support the Centre in achieving its aims. An Events and Corporate Fundraiser role and a Community Fundraiser role. We are open to applications from people wishing to fulfill both roles as a full-time position should you feel your skills match both positions.

Location: Saltney, Chester
Business area: Fundraising and Income Generation
Salary: £11.90 per hour
Hours: 21 hours, Monday- Friday, hours/days to be negotiated
As Events and Corporate Fundraiser you will play a key role in the Centre’s income generation particularly in relation to organizing our own public facing events and by developing strong relationships with businesses and organisations.
The Centre aims to have a number of key fundraising events during the year which drive awareness, and support donations to contribute towards our overall fundraising target.
The post holder will take a lead on developing relationships with national and regional businesses/organisations to encourage business-related initiatives such as payroll giving, charity of the year, employee volunteering, fundraising and events, and sponsorship.
Through networking the role will also assist in sharing how an organisations’ employees with neurological conditions could benefit from the Centre’s services and how organisations can get involved to support the Centre, both financially and in its strategic aims.

With a focus on the Centre’s own community and those of our stakeholders, the Community Fundraiser role will lead the organization and development of Neuro Therapy Centre’s own fundraising challenge events and encourage supporters to undertake challenges and organize external events in aid of the Centre in order to contribute to the Centre’s annual fundraising target.
The role will also take the lead in managing the Centre’s collection box scheme and in organizing ad-hoc collection events.
The post holder will utilize the Centre’s databases to ensure accurate records are maintained on supporters, organisations and donors, to ensure that supporters’ contributions are recognized through timely communications and that reports are available to the wider team.
