Hours: 33 Hours per week
Salary: Band 3 (equivalent) Includes day time work, entitled for 24 days pro rota including Bank Holidays.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, responsible and caring individual to join our dynamic team at the Neuro Therapy Centre .
The Neuro Therapy Centre is a specialised provider in the voluntary sector. We support and delivery a range of exercise therapies to people with long-term neurological conditions from our unique and highly respected centre, based near Chester.
We now have a vacancy for a Therapy Assistant to join our team working alongside qualified Physiotherapists, Counsellor, Gym Instructor as part of the multidisciplinary team working with patients who have complex neurological conditions and rehabilitation needs delivering high quality treatments in a group and 1-1 setting.
As a Therapy Assistant you will also play a crucial role in the smooth running of the therapy service which will includes working under the direction of AHPs to deliver exercise based interventions, along with some housekeeping and administration duties.
You will have good communication and interpersonal skills along with preferably a previous experience of working within a health care setting, an NVQ level 3 in a health related qualification would be desirable.
You will receive a comprehensive training programme and regular support, supervision and appraisals.

Salary: 12.84 per hour
Working closely with the Centre Manager and team, the Business Development and Partnerships Officer will play a key role in engaging with regional corporate organisations for promotion of the Centre and fundraising opportunities. Developing relationships with corporate contacts and partner organisations to promote our centre, events and the services that we provide to support people living with neurological conditions and their Carers.

Fundraising and partnerships
As Business Development and Partnerships Executive, you will be comfortable and confident on the phone, which will include the introduction of the Centre to businesses via cold calling and handling of incoming enquiries. A key part of this role will be representing our Centre at events which will be prearranged or organised by yourself. We are looking for someone who is dynamic and passionate about making a difference to people’s lives and able to engage, influence and inspire others to take action.
You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, a strong communicator with the ability to effectively manage and progress forward leads for opportunities.
This role will allow you to be creative on how we can develop opportunities at the Centre to provide a better member experience and service.
