In the early hours of 7 July the Roughton family will hike up Snowdon/Yr Wyddfa in the dark to raise crucial funds for a charity close to our hearts - the Neuro Therapy Centre where both Claire's parents, David and Jo, are currently receiving treatment and support. Any sponsorship support will be very gratefully received!

The Neuro Therapy Centre is a charity based near Chester that provides support for people with long term neurological conditions and their Carers. Their central objective is to provide a place of care, friendship, advice and support in a positive, informal and happy environment.

Claire's dad, David, has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and has been benefiting from regular physiotherapy, exercise and balance classes alongside Claire's mum, Jo, who has a long-standing neurological condition.

It currently costs £15,500 per week to fund the Neuro Therapy Centre, which relies on charitable gifts and donations in order to operate. Any sponsorship support will therefore be gratefully received!
