Terms and Conditions: By completing this form, I confirm that I agree to the following declaration: 1 - I agree to take part in the TCS London Marathon 2027 for the Neuro Therapy Centre and pledge to raise a minimum of £2,500 (excluding Gift Aid), which will be paid to the Centre no later than 4 weeks after the event. 2 - I commit to raising at least 50% (£1,250) of my fundraising target by 4 weeks before race day. If I am unable to meet this amount, I understand I am personally responsible for covering the shortfall. 3 - I understand that, if offered a place, I will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £50, payable on confirmation of my place. 4 - By signing up, I consent to the Neuro Therapy Centre contacting me to support my marathon journey. This may include help with fundraising, training tips, and instructions on how to submit funds raised. 5 - I understand that my postal address will be used to send me a starter pack, including my running top, training tips, and any requested fundraising materials. The Centre will not send additional marketing unless I have opted in. 6 - I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, and understand that I take part in the event at my own risk. 7- I will not hold the Neuro Therapy Centre or its representatives responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from my participation. 8- If I am unable to take part due to injury or illness, I will inform the Neuro Therapy Centre as soon as possible. 9 - I understand that I can not defer my charity place and that my place will be lost if I decide to pull out. I may be liable to pay for my charity place (up £500) 10 - I agree to also adhere to the TCS London Marathon official event terms and conditions, which are available on request. 11 - Unless I request otherwise, I give the Neuro Therapy Centre permission to use photos or footage of me from the event for future marketing, including on their website, social media, and printed materials.
