Are you a GP, consultant, neurological nurse or health professional? We welcome patient referrals to the Neuro Therapy Centre. We support people with over 40+ neurological conditions with our physiotherapy, exercise and mental health support. We support people across Cheshire, Merseyside and North Wales. Patients living in Cheshire and Merseyside can also benefit from our Access to Exercise and Wellbeing programme enabling them to access exercise sessions at Brio leisure centres and at Greenbank Sports Academy. Refer a patient below and then we will contact them to discuss their needs and get in touch with you or their GP to request their medical notes. As a charity there is a small annual charge for people to become a member and then donations to support our services are encouraged. There are small charges to access exercise sessions at Brio Leisure Centres and Greenbank Sports Academy.
