We'd like to say a BIG thank you to everyone who has got involved in the Virtual Voyage so far. It's been great to hear of all the different ways that people have been getting involved from using the equipment in our gym to clock up the miles, through to running, cycling, walking and swimming.

So far we have achieved a distance between us of 712 miles! With the Channel Swim taking place on Saturday, we'll have got Neuro Nellie across the Channel (a further 21 miles) and well on her way through the start of her virtual journey through Europe.

On Saturday 30th May a team of Neuro Therapy Centre staff will be embarking on a climb of Snowdon as part of the Virtual Voyage. They would love people to join them on this adventure, so if you are a walker or a friend or member of your family is be sure to let them know. It would be great to have a big group take part.

There is also talk about a group of members taking part in a cycling challenge in the region, if you would be interested in joining this let us know at the Centre.

The challenge is running until 25th August, the start of the Paralympics, so it's not too late to join in or start your own challenge.

We have also raised over £1000 of sponsorship and donations - thank you to everyone who has donated so far. If you would like to donate to the challenge or sponsor an individual please visit our website pages here.
