Our therapies and services manager, Kiran, has put together a series of Pilates mat-based exercises for carrying out at home. Let us know how you get on.

You will need a mat to lie on and a pillow/cushion to support your head.

Please know your own health and body and don’t follow any exercise that you can’t manage. If you have any concerns about completing these exercises please telephone your GP surgery to consult your doctor. As we are offering these sessions remotely please be advised that you are taking part at your own risk.
