Support Us Jane's Try it at Home Recipe Summer Berry Cup Serves 2 This is a very quick and easy dessert (or breakfast) and never fails to please Substitute full fat yoghurt with reduced or fat free varieties if wanted Add crushed meringue just before serving for an alternative Eton Mess dessert Use your favourite soft fruit and add some fresh passion fruit for extra flavour Ingredients 1/2 punnet of soft fruit (raspberries, strawberries, banana etc) Small amount of orange juice Tub thick unsweetened Greek yoghurt Honey 2 tbsp Dried mixed fruit or nuts Method Step 1 | Crush soft fruit with a fork with a fork and add a small amount of orange juice for flavour. Step 2 | Spoon a small amount of fruit into the bottom of 2 glasses Step 3 | Add 2 spoonfuls of yoghurt on top Step 4 | Drizzle a little honey on the yoghurt Step 5 | Repeat the above so you have layers of fruit, yoghurt and honey Step 6 | Top with a tablespoon of dried mixed fruit or nuts (breakfast toppers from the supermarket are ideal) Serve and enjoy, Voila!
