This month is National Dog Walking Month after all. commit to an extra virtual exercise session each week drink more - water that is! Start a daily habit of better hydration can you fit more fruit and veg into your diet? re-connect with a friend you haven't chatted to for a while - make that call you've been putting off, or write a catch-up e-mail or letter try a new session - meet others at our weekly Gab & Go sessions, or if you're a Carer why not try our chat session to meet others. start that hobby you've always wanted to try - would you lie to write a poem each day?
