Join this session of Tai Chi and Qigong at the Centre with instructor Meike on Friday 2nd December, 12pm - 1pm.

The session will include a 10-minute warm up and cool down, breathing and stretching exercises including martial art movements which can be done seated or standing. This class will work on the improvement of strength, balance, and flexibility. It combines Tai Chi with Qigong to create a combination of slow-flowing movement and meditation.
