Our gym instructor, Santi, has put together a great upper body work-out for carrying out at home. Follow these three films to flex your biceps, triceps and shoulders. Let us know how you get on.

You will need a sturdy chair to sit on, and if possible an items to use as a weight such as a water bottle or empty can. But the exercises will be adapted should you not have these available.

Please know your own health and body and don’t follow any exercise that you can’t manage. If you have any concerns about completing these exercises please telephone your GP surgery to consult your doctor.
