Ellie has put together a series of seated exercises for carrying out at home - recorded from one of her live exercise sessions.

You will need a sturdy chair to sit on, and you may also find a theraband or scarf useful.

Please know your own health and body and don’t follow any exercise that you can’t manage. If you have any concerns about completing these exercises please telephone your GP surgery to consult your doctor.
