Join Connor and Alistair live on Zoom for this balance exercise class. Suitable for non-wheelchair users only; this session is for those wanting to strengthen their legs and core in a functional way to reduce falls, improve strength, balance and overall level of fitness. This class is completed mainly in standing and involves varying strengthening, stretching and balance exercises each week.

During this 45 minute class Connor and Alistair will guide you through a balance workout to do in your own home, whilst enjoying the friendship of your fellow participants.

Please know your own health and body and don’t follow any exercise that you can’t manage. If you have any concerns about completing these exercises please telephone your GP surgery to consult your doctor. As we are offering these sessions remotely please be advised that you are taking part at your own risk.
