Join Santi live on Zoom for this seated exercise class for our Access to Exercise participants.

During this 45 minute class she will guide you through a seated workout to do in your own home, whilst enjoying the friendship of your fellow participants.

For this class you will need a sturdy chair to sit on, and if possible some items that you can gather from your home such as a water bottle or empty can to use as a hand weight and a scarf. But our exercises will be adapted should you not have these available.

Please know your own health and body and don’t follow any exercise that you can’t manage. If you have any concerns about completing these exercises please telephone your GP surgery to consult your doctor. As we are offering these sessions remotely please be advised that you are taking part at your own risk.
