Prawn and Chorizo Tagliatelle Try this pasta dish - a favourite of Connors. Serves 2 Ingredients 1 pack fresh uncooked prawns 1/3 chorizo ring 2 tins chopped tomato Basil Rosemary Tagliatelle/Linguine 1 tbsp green pesto (optional fresh basil to garnish) Directions Add pasta to boiling water (with a pinch of salt and a splash of olive oil) Fry the chorizo at low/moderate heat until it starts to crisp Add chopped tomatoes and basil/rosemary Add prawns (cook for ~3mins until they go pink and curl up) Drain pasta, and coat in green pesto Plate and serve đ Manage Cookie Preferences
