TTai chiai Chi is a series of slow, controlled movements, performed in a slow relaxed and harmonised way, which can help to develop strength, balance, posture, and calm. It pays attention to both physical functioning and psychological attitude and can significantly improve muscle strength and general well-being.

We deliver our programme to participants both in the standing and in the sitting position, meaning that individuals who are unable to move their upper or lower limbs, and in particular those in wheelchairs, can benefit.
